Hello, I'm
Cybersecurity leader. Quality engineer at heart.
I lead risk assessments, SIEM, Identity & Access Management and endpoint security, backed by 9+ years of building test strategies and automation that help teams ship stable software on time.
Brands and products I've worked on
SparkAi makes it easy to build and deploy custom tools your business needs and your team will love. As COO, I run delivery, quality and security across everything we ship.
Design is the soul of our job. We put the focus on the users without losing sight of the business goals.
Static pages thought out in the project and visualised on the design, then connected to real functionality.
Mechanics for receiving and transmitting data, calculations, data storage, and the infrastructure behind them.
I'm the COO of SparkAi, a full-service software agency in Lahore, where I lead cybersecurity initiatives spanning risk assessments, third-party risk, SIEM deployments, Identity & Access Management and endpoint security.
My foundation is Software Quality Assurance. Over 9+ years of manual and automated testing with Postman, Cypress and JMeter, I've designed and executed comprehensive test plans, led end-to-end test strategies, improved automation coverage and helped teams deliver stable, high-performing software under tight timelines.
That dual perspective helps me build systems that are not only functional and fast, but also secure and future-ready, while working closely with cross-functional teams to make security practical and scalable.
Risk and third-party assessments, SIEM, IAM and endpoint controls aligned with business goals and compliance.
End-to-end test strategy across manual, API, UI and load testing, automated wherever it pays off.

A look at products I've helped take from build to release.
A security observability platform that brings logs, scans, assets, third-party risk and exposure management into one place. Eight modules, each built as its own product. All screens use test data.
Centralised log ingestion with live volume trends, source and agent coverage, and an ingestion-health indicator. A searchable event table maps each log to its decoder, MITRE ATT&CK technique and rule level.
Shows how raw logs are decoded and matched to rules: success and failure rates, decoder usage over time, security versus non-security events, and an end-to-end pipeline from logs to detections.
Scan scheduling and results at a glance: execution trends by status, scan success rate, subnet and asset liveness, and the upcoming scheduled scans.
A live inventory of every asset with activity trends, type breakdowns, classification and data quality, plus a detail view with confidentiality, integrity and availability ratings and linked vulnerabilities.
One overview for third-party risk that combines domain and vendor assessments: requests, decisions, risk distribution and a downloadable risk register.
Assesses requested domains for risk and records an allow or deny decision, with request history, source, hit counts and filtering.
AI agents assess third-party vendors and their systems, producing risk ratings and statuses for human review, with filters by risk, status and date.
Continuous threat exposure management: executive and operational views of active, new and exploitable vulnerabilities, ageing and trends, remediation SLOs and compliance, plus CVE detail pages with a guided remediation workflow.
A website for one of Pakistan's established industrial air compressor suppliers. Factories explore oil-free scroll, variable speed and rotary screw compressors, treatment, parts and service, size a system to their plant and request a quote or talk to an engineer.
Europe's comprehensive catalogue for professional buyers, bringing wholesale procurement into the digital era. Businesses source, quote and order from 150,000+ technical products across hundreds of industrial brands, all in one place.
A task management app for individuals and teams that streamlines the whole workflow, from creating and organising tasks to tracking progress and collaborating, for personal to-dos and complex team projects alike.
A therapy practice and provider directory serving Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley. Clients browse trusted, independent therapists, learn about their approaches and reach out when ready, while therapists practise from thoughtfully designed spaces in Irvine and Arcadia, CA.
A portal that surfaces the top feeds from YouTube in one place: Top 20 videos, Top 20 Shorts, and the Hot 20 in each, with category, date and region controls and a light and dark theme.
Shaheer led our QA team at XStak, ensuring quality for several of our products along with writing API and UI automation, load testing scripts and ensuring overall stability after every deployment. As a lead he was a role model, able to mentor and set high quality standards within his team. His critical eye ensured bugs were caught early and effectively during our releases.
Shaheer is one of the best QA engineers and leads I have worked with. We worked together as leads at XStak, looking after different teams. He oversees and mentors teams on manual and automation testing, and introduced new automation techniques at XStak. Besides professional skills, he is humble, helpful and frank. Highly recommended.
Shaheer has been a great addition to our QA team. He introduced major, essential changes to our automation pipelines in a very professional manner. The value he added to the company's products was paramount, and I would hope to work with him again in the future.
